Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque

Let me start off by saying that I love face masks! Also, I am a true believer in the importance of skin care. Knowing that Queen Helene's Mint Julep Masque had a wide reputation in the beauty world, I decided to take a break from the face mask that I was using at the time, and try this one.

I hunted for this product at a few stores before I finally found it at my local Ulta store. After cleansing my face, I generously apply the thick green masque and wait a minimum of 15 minutes before removing it. Sometimes, I leave it on overnight. The masque easily washes away with warm water and a washcloth. I always follow with a toner and moisturizer.

The masque claims to eliminate impurities from the skin, which I believe that it does. It also helps even the skin tone and dry existing blemishes. For my skin type, I find it best to use this mask twice a week. Not only does this mask do the job, but its also very inexpensive! This product can be found in drugstores, beauty supply stores and online for less than five dollars!
